Frequently asked questions
The Mercedes-Benz Museum or the Porsche Museum?
Mercedes-Benz is bigger and tells the whole history of the car: allow 3 hours. Porsche is smaller and focused on sports cars: 1.5 hours is enough. With a full day you can do both.
How much money do you need per day in Stuttgart?
Excluding the flight and accommodation, plan on €45-70 a day. Entry to each of the car museums costs about €12-16.
What documents do I need?
Germany is in the Schengen area. Albanian citizens with a biometric passport enter without a visa, for stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months after your return date. Biometric data is recorded at the border (the EES system), and the ETIAS online authorisation is expected to become mandatory: check before you leave whether it has come into force.
When are tickets cheapest?
Usually from November to March, outside holidays and long weekends, and for midweek departures. The prices on this page are checked every 3 hours, and the best deals are posted on our Telegram channel.
